How to Use the Meditation Timer

Begin your mindfulness journey with our easy-to-use timer:

  1. 🕰️ Set Duration:
    • Use the quick select buttons (2, 5, 10 minutes, etc.) for common session lengths.
    • Alternatively, use the slider to pick a custom duration from 1 to 60 minutes.
  2. ▶️ Start Session: Click "Start Meditation". The timer will begin counting down.
  3. 🧘 Meditate Peacefully: Focus on your breath or chosen meditation technique.
  4. 🔔 Gentle Bell: A soft bell sound will play at the end of your session to gently bring you back.
  5. ⏸️ Pause/Resume: If you need to interrupt your session, you can pause and resume.
  6. 🔁 Reset: Stop the current session and return to settings.

Tip: Find a quiet space, sit comfortably, and let the timer guide your practice.
